One Finger Snap

Apple Mighty Mouse

One Finger Snap is a Preference Pane that brings up the contextual menu whenever you click and hold down the mouse button. This means that you can do everything with a single-button mouse that you can do with a 2-button mouse.

Apart from being helpful if you only have (or can only manage) one mouse button, One Finger Snap can give you extra functions for your more-than-one-button mouse if you are feeling ambitious - you could use One Finger Snap, and then use a program such as USBOverdrive or ControllerMate to give a different function to your right mouse button. I really must write that post about why people who use assistive tech need to learn to be geeky!
