Has anybody tried this as an assistive technology device? I would love to trial a tablet for mousing instead of my trackpad, but the cost has been very high until now. These new Bamboo ones cost US$99 and up which I think is much lower in price than previously.

Hello:
I have used the Wacom tablet and it works fine with the Macintosh. You can even use the Inkwell feature which is built into OS X for hand writing recognition. Pretty cool

I spent a lot of time last week learning the basics of my Bamboo. I cannot find tutorials or methodology for practical use. Does anyone have sites with exercises for handwriting recognition?
