I was going to write about setting up your MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air’s trackpad so you can generate mouse clicks without needing to use the trackpad buttons. If you have a MacBook that’s’ not more than a few years old, you can even use this method for generating right clicks. Luckily for me, James from Mac Tips And Tricks has already done the hard work with this recent post: Clicking With A Macbook/Pro Touchpad.

@Samuel: I use a desktop myself and I’ve never used a MacBook so it’s great when other people post tips like this and I can point to them! I actually do use a trackpad but it’s external and it translates taps to clicks automatically.
