Assistive Technology Blog Carnival

Lon Thornburg from the NoLimits2Life and NoLimits2Learning blogs has started an Assistive Technology Blog Carnival - come and join in the fun!

atcarnival-squarelogo.jpgFor the uninitiated, I’ll borrow Lon’s description of what a Blog Carnival is:

A blog carnival is a “travelling” blog that is hosted by different bloggers on their blog - a different host each month (or on the home blog if no one steps forward). We agree on a topic and share posts with that month’s host to post at the end of the month. This allows us to network in a more dynamic and living way - not just by comments.

They’re a great way for the community to produce a “best of” summary every month and a great way to find new blogs to read. I encourage everybody who blogs about assistive technology in any way to get involved. And that applies especially if your assistive tech blogging involves Macs - we have to remind people that Windows isn’t the only way! I’d love to see carnival participation from Lioncourt.com and Mac pour Tous and Deafmac.org and AssistiveGaming and the other Mac-related blogs!
