Upgrades In Place
I got the upgrades done on Monday my time - which is handily Sunday night USA time, so I think it still counts as “weekend”. If you’ve reading this via RSS or email subscription you probably won’t notice any difference there - trot along to the website itself and take a look.
I’m no graphic designer, but I’m very pleased with what I’ve managed with the help available. Especially thanks to James Powell from Mac Tips & Tricks for the graphic of the eMac sitting in the manual wheelchair which I’ve used in the banner, in this post, and in various other spots on the site. Thanks are also due to Nikolai Kingsley for putting various bits together, including James’ graphic, to create the banner itself. I have zero skill in the area of graphics so this help has been invaluable.
The new design fits a lot more on the front page, which may make it feel too crowded for some people. If you would like a sparser look with just the articles, I suggest looking at the blog view. The articles there are the same, just presented differently.
I realise there’s a few rough spots in the new design still - if you find any, please leave a comment or contact me so I can work on it. The same goes if you have any accessibility concerns with the new design of course.
Thanks for reading. I hope ATMac continues to be as great for you as it is for me :).

I like the new design. Sorry I couldn’t help you out more with the logo, I had to much time on my hands.
