Voice-Activated Mouse Clicks with MacSpeech Dictate
One feature missing from the still-new MacSpeech Dictate program is the ability to control the mouse. This addition won’t let you control the movement of the mouse, but we can teach you how to use your voice for mouse clicks. For those who have the ability to move the mouse, this could make the difference between a usable computer system and an unusable computer system.
iSign – Animated ASL dictionary for iPhone and iPod Touch
iSign is a tutorial and reference program for American Sign Language (ASL) from iDev2. It was designed specifically for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The program contains an animated phrase book of 800 signs.
Black Friday Apple Deals Internationally
Apple doesn’t often hold sales, but they seem to have gone out of their way to advertise a one-day sale internationally for this Friday – Black Friday in the USA. MacRumours is reporting that Apple retail stores will be able to match the prices of non-Apple retailers, which may mean big discounts for customers.

The software which runs the Apple TV device has now been updated to version 2.3. This most recent upgrade includes several improvements and bug fixes including support for third party remote controls.

Turn Handwriting Into Text With InkWell
Did you know that Mac OS X comes with a built in handwriting recognition system known as InkWell. If you have a pen and tablet for input, you can use it right away with no set-up needed! It’s known to be quirky and hasn’t been updated for a while, but Apple recently advertised for a handwriting engineer so there’s hope yet!
