This document talks about how iTunes can be helpful for teachers and carers supporting AAC users. The details of the document mostly refer to the Windows version of iTunes, but all the same things (and more) can be done on the Mac OS X version with slight tweaking. If you use sound files as part of your teaching, iTunes is definitely something that could be helpful.
