Spark

Spark is a powerful, and easy Shortcuts manager. With Spark you can create Hot Keys to launch applications and documents, execute AppleScript, control iTunes, and more…

This looks useful for anybody who uses mostly the keyboard instead of the mouse, but who isn’t geeky enough to want Quicksilver. It’s also free, which is always a bonus.
