Hi, my name is Bryce Gould and I was just looking into helpful apps and stuff for my Mac and iPhone for a person with a disability. I am a college student currently, but when I was in high school I was in a car accident and received a brain injury as a result of it. I already use some apps that I have found very helpful, such as the free trial of NoteBook and the ThoughtBack Apps, but I was wondering if you could tell me of others I could look into that would help me succeed more in college and life. I really think your site is wonderful and look forward to hearing back from you soon. Thanks.

I am in a not dissimilar position to you researching (potential) mouth stick iPad solutions for a 10 year old.
Have you made any useful discoveries which you can share?

Look forward to any relevant obs you may have.

      Best wishes

A friend with a disability just let me know about a scanner that works with Apples, called Neat Desk. It will scan in info and organize it on the desktop, which could be useful for students with a lot of info to arrange and access. Then info can be found with key commands, rather than using a mouse, for those with visual impairment. With VoiceOver, documents could be scanned and then read back. Neat Desk can be found online for about $399.
