The Mac Video Tutorial Subtitles Project captions Apple’s tutorial vdeos in multiple languages, including English. They want to make this great resource available to non-English speaking users, and to those with hearing impairments or language processing problems.

All Mac users have been beginner Mac users at some point. Because the use of OS X is expanding so fast, there are a lot of new and inexperienced Mac users around at the moment. I have noticed in several places now that some people are confused about what’s “VoiceOver” and what’s “Text to Speech” in terms of Mac OS X. This post is to attempt to clarify what each one is and why it’s important to know which one you’re talking about if you’re asking for help.
