Are you like many people in this keyboarding age whose arms, wrists, or hands hurt from typing or mousing too much? Even if you don’t have full blown RSI or carpal tunnel, pain after using the computer too much can be disabling, and a signal that you may be in store for worse if you don’t change things. MacBreakZ is an ergonomic assistant which prompts the computer user to take long and short breaks at regular times, depending on how heavily you use the computer. It prompts the users with ergonomic exercises during breaks and can be heavily customised to suit usage patterns.
