Voice Commander

VoiceCommander is a Mac OS X software that allows commanding applications using the voice. It uses Mac OS X built-in speech recognition technology to produce the appropriate key-presses corresponding to the user installed voice command.

The current version of Voice Commander is not a universal binary and hasn’t been updated in several years, but the company has assured me that it will be updated later this year. So it’s not abandoned software.
