Whitelisting ATMac
Since your email probably has some type of spam filter, we ask that you add ATMac to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. This is also known as whitelisting, and it will make sure you receive ATMac's messages without them going into your spam filter by mistake.
Firstly, if you don't see an email from ATMac in your inbox already, it may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder look for it there. Then open the email and mark it as "not spam" if you know how.
Secondly, click the link that matches your email client or ISP in this list to whitelist ATMac. This will make sure you receive my messages without any problems in the future.

To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, simply reply to an ATMac email. It doesn't matter what you write - just sending an email to help@atmac.org will add ATMac to your Address Book and ensure that further emails are not marked as spam.

In Yahoo! Mail you need to add ATMac as a contact to make sure that images in the mail work properly, as well as to stop messages being sent to the spam folder.
- Open the email from ATMac
- Click "Add to Contacts" beside the "From" address near the top of the message.
- Click "Save" to save the contact.
- Click "OK" to acknowledge the contact was added.

In Hotmail you need to mark ATMac as a safe sender to make sure that images and links in the mail work properly, as well as to stop messages being sent to spam.
- Open the email from ATMac
- Click "Show content" at the very top of the message to make sure you can see all of the email.
- Click "Mark as safe" in the message header, near the top of the message.

- Click the drop down arrow next to "Reply" in the upper right side of your inbox screen.
- Click the "Add ATMac to Contacts List" from the list that appears.
- You will now see ATMac appear under the link "Contacts" on the left side of the page.

Because of the various email platforms that can work with Outlook, it is tricky to tell you how to receive all email to your Outlook inbox. The best suggestion is to add ATMac to your address book. Here's how:
- Open the email from ATMac
- Right click on the from address
- Choose "Add to contacts" option

If you are not receiving email at Earthlink, there are two actions you can take.
- Check "Suspect Email" folder
- Add ATMac to your address book
Suspect Email Folder
With Earthlink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically send to your Suspect Email folder if the domain is not in your address book.
- While in the "Suspect Email" folder, if you see ATMac...
- Select the "Move to Inbox and Add Contact" option from the pull down menu.
- This will add help@atmac.org to your Address Book.

- Get to the field where their name (it's ATMac) is listed. Click the Berry button and then click Show Address
- Select and copy that address (it's help@atmac.org) to the clipboard
- Go into Address Book and find the user
- Select Save
- Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address
- Paste it in and click Save

If ATMac is being filtered, try adding help@atmac.org to your Address Book or Contact list.
Also, try replying to an email - it doesn't matter what you write, just emailing an address often stops it from being filtered to junk.
If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder contact your local technical support department, ISP, or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist help@atmac.org.
